Sitting: Mary Lamson, former dean of women for 17 years; Standing from left to right, William J. Shertzer, speaker at the open house; Mildred Rapson Martin, assistant dean of women; Arlene Friestad, dean of women; Rachel Christman, former dean of women for 16 years. Written on back: "Forty-six consecutive years of deanship are represented by the four ladies chatting with Mrs. William J.
