  • Written on back: "The Buchanan High School Band, conducted by Lloyd Krivanek, presented a concert in the Johnson Auditorium at Andrews University on Friday, February 26. The program, an assembly for the AU Academy, featured two numbers, "Commando march" and "La Fiesta Mexicana," that the band will perform at the district band contest two weeks from now. Other selections included both serious symphonic pieces and light popular numbers such as Leroy Andreson's 'Syncopated Clock.' AU Academy music teacher Wayne Rowe was instrumental in making arrangements for the Buchanan band performance."
