As Jane Haley and Madeline Johnston were walking past this group on their way home early from a Korean Union College picnic, the drunken women decided they wanted the American women to dance with them. They became very insistent. Here they are chasing Mrs. Haley. Soon one the Korean Union College cafeteria workers came by, saw what was happening, and talked very sternly to the women and told them to leave the two foreigners alone, which they then did.
