Organized in 1861, the Michigan Conference of Seventh-day
Adventists has a membership of 13,049, comprising 154
churches, located throughout the entire State of Michigan.
Michigan Conference is but one unit of the world-wide
organization spreading the Gospel in 230 countries, teaching
and publishing in 716 languages, conducting medical work
in 165 hospitals and clinics, and training its youth in 4,325
elementary schools and 269 academies and colleges.
