She is a Christian girl, and the physi- cians recomnmend that she find a quiet home where she can recuperate and perhaps would soon be able to pay her way. Before she lost her health she taught school and supported others who were help- less. Who will do as much for her? There is a blessing in this for some one. Any one wishing to know more of the particulars with a view to help this worthy sister, correspond with C. W. Flaiz, Box 989, Minneapolis, Minn. * * * We clip the following interesting note from a Chicago daily showing how the Lord helps those who are doing their duty. Miss Nelson will be remem- bered as the daughter of Bro. C. Nelson of Minnea- polis. “While going to her duties as a nurse Miss Emma Nelson, a sister of Dr. Nelson of 11247 Michigan Av- enue, encountered a highwayman at the corner of Cottage Grove Avenue and Thirty-first Street Mon- day evening. The thug made a lunge for her watch, but Miss Nelson pluckily frustrated him by seizing his wrists. The unexpected resistance caused the man to desist. He slunk away in the direction of Cottage Grove Avenue. The matter did not reach the ears of the police until yesterday. Miss Nelson’s assailant has not been found.”
