It was during this time when many members, including the Harmon family, joined the Millerite movement and were voted out of membership in the Chestnut Street Church. Includes one sheet of the Quarterly Meeting Conference for Portland Station, Sept 2, 1843, where the Harmon family appealed their expulsion from the Methodist Church.
