Dale Howell (right) explains the mechanism of a unit in the newly installed temperature control system at Pioneer Memorial Church on the Andrews University campus to John Kriley (left), manager of AU's physical plant, and Pastor John Kroncke of PMC. Howell was in charge of installation of the $50,000 system, which will go into operation for church services this weekend. Similar systems using water for heating and air conditioning have recently been installed in several other university buildings; all are connected by water mains to a central unit at the science complex where the water temperature is controlled.
