Clip opens with footage of students walking in the woods near the St. Joseph River, stopping to drink from a spring, and then taking a boat ride (possibly on Lake Chapin). Later scenes show the Emmanuel Missionary College campus in black and white. At 2:34, the camera cuts to children, students, and staff working to move books into the new James White Library from the old Administration Building. The library move took place in December 1937. Scenes inside a greenhouse begin at 3:57. Children carry bunches of bouquets (see 5:20). Students play ice hockey. A man cuts grass with a scythe (7:49). Graduation exercises in 1941 begin at 8:51. Students play a baseball game on a diamond located right next to the Administration building (10:40). Lots of shots of the crowd, followed by other track and field day events, including a race on the old road through campus (girls ran in skirts), more baseball (girls played in skirts), spectators enjoying lollipops and ice cream, hiking, high jumps, cycling, and more. The film cuts again at 14:09 to a series of clips showing a building being demolished.
